When will my order arrive?
Most of our items are manufactured and shipped from California. All items are manufactured on demand and usually take around 5 days to be shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive your swag 3 - 5 days after they've been shipped if you are the United States. Or 10 to 20 days in you are somewhere else in the world (5 to 12 days in Canada). Of course you can receive them quicker if you choose an expedited delivery option.
How will my t-shirt fit?
My shirt doesn't fit how I like. Can I return it?
Due to the production method we use for all of our products, we cannot accept returns, except for production errors.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.
My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by your end customer. You will receive notice once the order arrives back to our facility. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by your customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
How do I report a problem with my order?
You can contact us via email@example.com with your order number and name.
What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If submitted in time, we'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct as well as if you have been in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
I made a mistake with the shipping address, now what?
If the address you entered was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address. Once the package has been confirmed in the system as received, then we are able to assist you with reshipping to the correct/new address. However, the packages are sometimes not returned to the sender.
